Topserve was founded and established in 1997 by Mr. Alex Tanwangco and at the same time established  its niche in the Aviation industry when it headed the Aircraft Maintenance Servicing for a list of airline partners. Now on its 12^th year, Topserve has successfully expanded its list of clientele to the Manufacturing, Forwarding and Logistics, Marketing, Telecommunication, Business Process Outsourcing, and Finance industries.  

To better service its list of partners, Topserve has expanded its nationwide operations to Sta. Rosa Laguna, Clark Pampanga, Cebu City, Iloilo City, and Davao.
